Applicability of Policy

By using the Hustle House Returns Portal or requesting a return, exchange, or cancellation on our website (www.hustlehouse.in), you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from initiating a transaction.

We may update this policy from time to time. Each time you use our portal, please review the policy to ensure you understand the latest terms.


Return & Exchange Window

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation and our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 24–48 hours. Free return shipping is provided.

If pickup is unsuccessful after two attempts, you may need to ship the product back to our warehouse. Once the item reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality check. Approved returns or exchanges will then be processed within 7–10 business days.

If the requested exchange size is unavailable, you may choose a different product of equal value or receive a gift card for future purchases.


Refunds

  • COD Orders – Refunds will be issued as a credit note after QC approval, sent to your registered email.
  • Prepaid Orders – Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • The product has not been worn, washed, altered, or tampered with.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The item is free from stains, odors, damages, scratches, or signs of wear.
  • Products bought as a set must be returned as a complete set.
  • The item must match our records for the original order.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Currently, 4 products fall under this category.


Cancellations

  • COD orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Prepaid orders are final and cannot be canceled.

Garment Issues

We offer a 15-day review period for garment concerns such as color bleeding, print cracks, or finishing flaws. If reported within 15 days, we will arrange a pickup and resolve the issue. Requests beyond this period will not be eligible.
