Order Processing

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, so kindly ensure all details are correct before completing checkout. Hustle House does not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. All orders are shipped from Odisha, India.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Due to high demand, certain items may sell out even after checkout. In such cases, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide a check mailed to the shipping address on file. Refunds to original payment methods typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

All orders are reviewed by our security team and may be canceled at Hustle House’s discretion.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Shipping times may be affected during special releases, holiday periods, or promotional markdown events.


Pre-Order Policy

Products marked as pre-order will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility. Customers are charged at checkout for all pre-order items using the selected payment method. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Hustle House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Responsibility for the shipment passes to the courier service upon dispatch.

Final Sale Items

All purchases made during sale or promotion periods are considered final sale. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted. Hustle House reserves the right to extend, modify, or end promotions at any time without notice. Price adjustments will not be offered if an item you previously purchased is later discounted.
